Phil Sargent is our Head Barman and brings a wealth of experience from some of London’s most prestigious members’ clubs and bars. With over 25 years of expertise in bar and event management, Phil knows exactly what to look for in great staff and has personally worked with every member of our team. His extensive knowledge of cocktails and drinks is exceptional, and he’s always delighted to collaborate with clients to design the perfect cocktail menu for any event. “Spiritual Guidance” is a cornerstone of the Bartenders Inc service.

Phil leads by example and can often be found behind the bar, crafting exquisite cocktails for our clients and their guests. His professional qualifications include: International Bartender (Shaker Bar School), Personal Alcohol Licence Holder, Winner of the Best Bar Team category at the CLASS Awards, and Member of the Union of International Professional Bartenders.

Phil is supported by a cast of the very best cocktail bartenders along with highly organised event and logistic crew.
